Quirino “Kiki” Munguilla

Kiki began his career with California Wood Floors in 1999 and has been a core part of the company’s growth ever since. He spent 22 years as a lead installer, developing a deep understanding of hardwood flooring, jobsite management, and the level of craftsmanship CWF is known for. His hands-on experience across hundreds of projects—from small refinishes to large-scale custom homes—gives him an invaluable perspective on both the technical and practical sides of installation.

For the past three years, Kiki has served as an Installation Manager, guiding crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every project is completed with precision and consistency. He works closely with installers to troubleshoot challenges, maintain quality standards, and support the team wherever he’s needed.

Outside of work, Kiki enjoys spending his weekends at the ranch with his kids. Whether they’re riding horses, doing cattle work, or having fun on the quads, the ranch is where he recharges and spends quality family time.
