At California Wood Floors, some of the projects we’re most proud of aren’t defined by their size, scope, or finish—they’re defined by the people they serve.

We were honored to partner with BCCI Construction on a project for 826 Valencia, a San Francisco nonprofit dedicated to helping under-resourced students develop strong writing skills, express their creativity, and discover the power of their own voices.

As part of the project, California Wood Floors donated the flooring materials and installation, contributing our time, craftsmanship, and expertise to help bring the space to life.

826 Valencia creates inspiring environments where young people can learn, write, collaborate, and imagine. Being able to use what we do every day to support that mission made this project particularly meaningful to our team.

California Wood Floors has been part of the Bay Area community since 1999, and we believe that being a local business also means finding ways to give back. We’re grateful to BCCI Construction for bringing together a team of partners who shared that same commitment and to 826 Valencia for the incredible work they continue to do for young people throughout San Francisco.
