Jaynar De La Cruz

Jaynar’s journey to California Wood Floors began with a bit of serendipity. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, she returned home and was introduced to the company through a close family connection. She joined the team as an Office Administrator and quickly proved her strengths, earning a promotion to Assistant Project Manager within just a few months.

In her current role, Jaynar brings a thoughtful, forward-thinking approach, blending organization and creativity while contributing ideas that help move the company forward. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog, Helena, taking classes, reading, watching a good movie or show, and traveling. With her positive energy and drive to grow, Jaynar continues to be a valued member of the California Wood Floors team.
